In the upper right corner (below the shopping basket) will state the amount you need to spend to get free delivery. Great Britain deliveries of orders below this amount will be charged at our standard rate of GBP 4,95 or GBP 16,90 for an express delivery.
For other countries:
Luxembourg: standard rate of €7,95.
Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Finland and Portugal: standard rate of €9,95. For an express delivery (only possible in Spain and Italy): €22,50.
Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Romania and Estonia: standard rate of €14,95.
Denmark: standard rate of DKK 65,00 and DKK 180,00 for an express delivery.
Where We Deliver
Currently O’Neill delivers to customers who have an address in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Greece, Portugal, Spain and UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) only. We regret that we do not trade to other territories at present but you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding this.
- We deliver within 2-7 business days provided receipt of payment is before 2 p.m. . [ i.e. Payment receipt before 2 p.m. on Monday and your order will arrive on Wednesday. Any order after 2 p.m. on Monday will arrive on Thursday. ]
- With next day delivery, using UPS, we deliver the next business day provided receipt of payment is before 2 p.m.

All deliveries are made by UPS. If UPS does not succeed in delivering your order to you or your neighbors in three attempts, a note will be left giving you all the information about where to pick up your parcel. The parcel will remain at the UPS service point for 5 business days; after this period the parcel will be returned to O’Neill and your payment shall be credited.
All items are insured by O’Neill until they have been delivered at your address. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery. We will then arrange a new shipment as soon as the package is returned to us.
Any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered must be made to O’Neill by contacting Customer Services by e-mail or phone no later than two working days upon receipt of the goods.
